You are Amazing

You are incredible, spectacular, clever and just plain awesome.

You have the ability to throw aside your perspective that things are NOT good or correct.

You have the ability to realize that the current moment experience is reflective of your beliefs.

You then have the ability to thank and forgive the negative circumstance, so as to give fuel for better experiences in the future.

You therefore have control of reality, just not via your 'Mental Mind', but more of a belief/feeling inner-self.

You have the ability to recognize in every moment (or not) that you are being a drama queen, and therefore correct course.

You have the ability to stand in your steady pure state, not effected by the non-acceptance or agreement of others.

You have the ability to realize that in every moment, the current situation is perfect for you, for the purpose of growth.

You have the ability to recognize that if every moment is perfect, then there is never a reason to be not in the state of joy.

Therefore , you have the ability to see that if you are not currently in a state of joy and happiness, then only YOU are to blame.

Hence, whenever you realize in any moment, that you have been in a funk, be it for seconds or hours, you can LAUGH at your sillyness, and move back to the state of Joy and Happiness.
