I love your post, it really resonates with me as I feel I have been on a journey of awakening myself. As a coach I have focused alot on values and purpose and I believe that we start the awakening process when we find congruence with these in our lives.

I find the phrase 'I was born in this moment of history because...' a great inquiry statement to help us think about impact we have and how we find this awakening.

I am also interested in how we find purpose in adversity - one of the main catalysts I found for awakening was being diagnosed with MS, it woke me up in a profound way.

So in answer am I awake - not fully but the alarm is ringing and I am starting to stir.
