No they don't have access to an unlimited amount of electricity, that was why they wanted to site the device on the north slope of Alaska, in addition to Alaska being the terminus of the natural magnetic fields, it uses so much energy it needs to be attached to a large gas or oil well, it wouldn't be very cost effective or make sense to burn a billion dollars of natural gas to cause millions of dollars worth of agricultural damage in France.
Here is how you know those photos are not evidence of a large scale secret program, besides the fact they are all available on line and not secret and no one has made any attempts to suppress them, all of the pictures are different, if there was a large scale program conducting round the clock global high altitude chemtrail missions then they should all be the same, there should be hundreds of these planes all that are identical, instead someone made a collection of various known crop dusting and aerial firefighting planes along with someone writing "chemtrails" on a sticker and sticking it on an airplanes dashboard.
Maybe those pictures aren't evidences of it, but rest of the content, those patents and that NASA presentation clearly are evidences of the chemtrail program.
When there's patent that can help the shadow government to get control over the masses, to modify weather as they will, why would THEY don't use it for their personal gains?
And about unlimited access to electricity, We will eventually reveal how THEY do it!
While people are still debating on whether the chemtrail are real or not, THEY already accomplished the state of the art in CHEMTRAILS!
Mostly the device described was designed to disrupt some communications and enhance others. The patent did say that barium seeding could be used to help enhance the effect but there isn't any other reference that relates to chemtrails. The device is basically a targetable and controllable and selective EMP although it has some potential to alter weather on a small scale. They revealed how they wanted to produce the large quantities of electricity, they describe using special generators attached directly to oil or gas wells.
We understand your reasoning here and your thoughts about not having large quantity of electricity available to them to do it on larger scale.
You must understand that most of the patents are very old that goes back to 40-60+ years, and most of what they described in their patent description is very old and limited. All the uses and methods are now being evolved and improvised in those past decades. Sadly, so much is not available in public domain and they're effectively putting deceptions around it to limit a person in finding truth.
Even if we believe that they are limited to do it on larger scale at present due to lack of enough electricity. It will definitely change in the near future. And when they will be capable of doing it on larger scale, what will you do then?
