I would like to be a hobby pilot and fly whenever and whenever I please, that's just a dream of mine.

I started with RC planes as a hobby as its was the closest thing to flying I was able to do, but you will find a way to make your dream come true.

1 is the reason i am back to flying, this is a passion as well as a job! my personal opinion is that the passion makes the job worth working, come check out my photography and aviation related posts as I am just starting up my fixed wing training and will be posting photography there as well as training tips for all pilots and aviation enthusiasts.

This year i got my bachelor degree and i'm thinking of becoming a pilote, Becoming an Attack aircraft pilote has always been my childhood dream. Wish me luck Guys XD

Good luck and congratulations on the degree.

I'd love to become a pilot when I was young but everything has changed when I got short-sightedness.

The same thing happened to me, but I just woke up one day and decided my life has to change, and now Im working hard to make that change.

I wish you all the best and good luck.

  1. You fucking fly, in the sky, like a goddamn bird, hanging out the cockpit with your middle finger pointed at Heaven because you are a boss and every law of nature says you shouldn't be there, but you are.

I agree with most points, but I have some constructive criticism I hope you don't mind.

Working as a pilot, it's well paid once you get to the majors, or first officer, or something like that. But no one should get into it for the money. Get into aviation because of your passion to fly, but not for the money Granted, a first office or captain will make decent money (specially the capt at 6 figures.) but you will have to wait some years. It's not easy to get into aviation. Too many regs, too many required hours, and then the mighty cost to get there for an initial low ROI.

A student making minimum wages wouldn't be able to afford training unless he/she lives with their parents.

I always tell enthusiasts to aviation to get started in sailplanes. It will get you into aviation at a far cheaper rate, but at least get you started in something.

That's my goal once I finish my training. I just want to get paid to fly - so that I can afford to fly! For a pilot in love with the sky, that's all that matters.

Good article however. You gained a new follower.
