It's a contest designed to help you gain some experience of trading on the crypto-markets, with no risk of financial loss whatsoever.

Season 1 of The Altcoin Trading Championship will consist of 12 rounds.

There will be two rounds each week, one beginning on Sunday evening and ending on Wednesday evening, the other beginning on Thursday evening and ending on Sunday evening.

For each round you will be given a selection of altcoins to choose from, provided to you by way of a screenshot from Bittrex detailing the last sold price of these coins at the time of posting, as well as 1 fictional Bitcoin with which to invest in these coins as you wish.

When each round is posted you will have 6 hours to make your choices. When the post is 6 hours old, all investments will be locked in until the end of that round, when I will again provide you with a screenshot detailing the last sold price of the coins.

Whoever increases their initial investment the most over the course of each round will receive the prize for that round which will be half of the liquid rewards for that rounds post.

Each round will also see the allocation of points, which I will explain in more detail in the coming days and whoever is able to amass the most points over the course of the 12 rounds will be crowned the Altcoin Trading Champion and receive the Grand Prize, which will be the remaining liquid rewards from all #atc related posts, including this one and the previous post I made a few days ago.

I will personally guarantee that the end of season Grand Prize is at least 100 SBD.

As I mentioned, this contest is designed to help you gain some experience and understanding of the crypto-markets, so it would be beneficial for you to consider your choices, study the markets and the history of the coins and try to learn from all of your choices and decisions over the course of the Championship, whether they be good choices or bad. There is much to be learnt from making bad decisions regarding investments so I am offering you the opportunity to make your mistakes here first before they become costly mistakes in the real trading world.
