Questions about steemit

Hey all... So I am pretty new to using steemit but I am using it predominantly via my phone but I feel as if the site is not very mobile friendly at the moment... OR am I being a total noob about it all hahaha...

Any tips regarding uploading pics and vids potentially via phone would be appreciated.
