Today after a long time inactive I bring you a new drawing that I will be publishing in parts to be reactivated in this medium, work and responsibilities have limited my time to sit and bring something of quality for you, as I said this is a post fractionated based on the new films of Fantastic Animals and the Crimes of Grindelwald, this time I bring you the little process of drawing Gellert Grindelwald the main antagonist of the saga of Fantastic Animals, an extremely powerful magician and visionary main love and enemy of Albus Dumbledore, played by the famous actor Johnny Deep is a character that is expected a lot and I think they could not find a better actor.
With a previous composition in Photoshop joining each photograph I was able to guide me to start my creation.
Materials you use:
- Card size letter sheet.
- Mine pencil 0.5mm
- Draft
- Prismacolor, FaberCastell and Norma colors.
- Sharp tip gray color Sharpie marker.
In my last drawing I had to make my base shade with a graphite pencil but this time I managed to get some gray colors that helped me a lot when doing this work detailing the wrinkles and small shadows I could give a little personality to the character . |  |
With a light skin color I was filled Gellert's face by pressing in the darkest areas as a guide and then with a darker skin color to highlight and deepen or deepen the skin of our character, also take advantage of using the gray marker for a base in dark areas of clothing for a better filling when using colors. |  |
With my new gray colors I had fun doing the hair with a variety of light and dark shades. |  |
Finally I finish the character drawing his clothes helping me with the gray color saving black color and also leaving a more homogeneous dark color since underneath is the base of previously placed gray marker. |  |
