How to Make a Face Sketch Painting Using a Pencil

Make the edges of the face. The head is never circular, the shape of the head is oval, like an egg. So, sketch an oval shape that shrinks at the bottom

Draw a dividing line. The easiest way to draw faces is to use a dividing line to map parts of the face. First of all, draw a line in the middle of the oval shape you have made. Then, divide these two images again, this time horizontally

Draw the nose. Divide the bottom half of the image with another horizontal line. The point of meeting this line with a vertical line is where you have to draw your nose. Draw the bottom of the nose and make nostrils on both sides

Draw mouth. Divide the bottom two parts of the image again. The bottom of the lip will be located on the dividing line that you just made. Draw a line where the lips and the upper lip meet. Then, fill the bottom of the lip

Draw eyes
Draw two large circles to make eyes on the main horizontal line. This circle will become the eye socket. The top of this circle is the eyebrows and the bottom is the cheekbones

The eyes are shaped like almonds, so keep this in mind (the eyes have many shapes and sizes, and you need to recognize the shape). As a general guide, the distance between the two eyes is the same as the width of the eye

Give a shadow under the eyes Now, give a shadow under the eyes and at the meeting point of the eyes and nose to confirm the eye socket. To create a tired look, add shadows and sharp lines with certain angles below the eyelids

Draw the neck. The neck is a body part that is bigger than your shadow. Draw two lines from where the horizontal points meet at the bottom with the ends of the face

Draw other details. Give a shadow under the nose and emphasize the chin. Give the expression line around the mouth and the shadow in the corner. Then, confirm the nasal bones. The more clearly you make these details, the more your image will look older
