2001 discovery - the short version

Hi, i'm visual effects artist, here is my 2001 discovery - the short version.

I found a 3d printable model of the 2001 discovery, assembled it into a vfx friendly model and rendered it.
but when i was putting it together I made a version without the middle section, just keeping the engine and crew compartment.
Looks like a viable space ship!

The lighting and layout is done in lightwave 2015
Composite is done in Fusion by black magic design
