Tattoo project - a shy ice-cream

Hey Steemit! It's been way too long since I last posted here... life has been so crazy busy I have no time to do anything. Yesterday I opened my sketchbook and realised I haven't been properly sketching since January. :(
Few more months of this madness so it seems.

I'm now working loads to save money. I hope this year I can save enough to buy tattoo equipment and start an apprenticeship in a studio. Still haven't decided where yet but that's a whole different story. ;)

Anyway, to cut long story short, I'm starting to work on my tattoo portfolio. Here's one of my projects

I used copic markers + crayons

Been thinking of you must admit :) I wondered where you disappeared girl. Nice to see you and good luck with tattoo work @milenamilak. My brother is tattoo artist and he is making his own machines but buying colors and other staff. Some smaller parts of equipment he is ordering over Ali express, like needles..

No, he is not, he totally off any social network :( But he is doing tattoo for 20 years now and has his regular customers and others that come over recommendations.

This is a super cool design!
but think that to be more tattoo oriented you should add an outline and more shading so it has more contrast(when tattoos fade with the years what holds them up mostly is the contrast and/or outline)
but you're on the good path!
keep up the good work

Thanks for professional advice! I wanna present a variety of projects and I will post some of them soon surely! :) what type of machine do you use if you don't mind me asking? Is it coil or rotative?
