As the world keeps growing in population, so also is the need and wants of food to stay alive.
However the 21st century has seen young people going in the direction of modelling, make up geeks, singers, doctors and many others, meanwhile the farming department to lack bodies

In Nigeria, farming is considered a tedious and dirty source of income, however people fail to see the impact agro products have been making on the global market. When you see Countries like mexico, most big, sophiscation high earners, are cowboys who plant mainly apples and tomatoes commercial ly to earn a living.
After Oil and gas, food products have certainly been the most lucrative way to earn, and that's why countries who don't have land for specific crop then to import at a high rate from other country, just like Nigeria shipping rice from Thailand and Bangkok
Farming is not just about putting a seed in the ground to germinate, it also comes in various types, for example, MIXED FARMING HORTICULTURE FISH FARMING AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY
Argentina are probably the world largest exporter of meat, due to their focus on Animal Husbandry, and quite a chunk of their Nation's income, making meat which is very proteineous come at a cheap rate to their Citizens
However people are of the notion that you need huge investment to have a standard farm, however that is not true, some people started gardening at the back of their yard, planting just tomatoes in a subsistent way for consumption, and have since then kept going and going.

A land for farming is also an investment, it is tantamount to buying a car.
Farming can also be considered a sole propriertorship business, you own your products, you name your price, anyhow it is, it is a service that man can not live without.
Determining what to plant is also an extra revelation, cash crops like latex and cocoa, are known wordwide to be used in producing rubber and beverages.
The perfect plan for a proper farm setting is a goldmine unexplored by many, the international market is crazy, and money is being spent here and there on crops and animal. Start small, grow in a few years, then come back and thank me.
