gaming makes me angry

and now I'm feeling passionate to keep playing the game. It's annyoing to get excited before going to sleep.

Did you know, that you can reset your circadian rythm by fasting for 16 hours(sleep included) and then eat a rich meal? Being in ketosis most of the time, I prefer butter in my milk and espresso in the morning and then eat at 10 am. And eat all the food for the day then, about 1500 - 1800 kcal or something.
