frustration
When you try your best to please the customer and then the project fails because some technician installs the fiber at the wrong adress. And now the carrier will kill the old phone line of your customer. Trying to reach someone who can push a decision so that won't happen is exhausting. It's pretty hard to explain to a customer, that you tried your best and still failed.
Good for me, I'm not the one who has to do the talking. I think I would come across as pretty unprofessional, crying under the pressure and such.
