The earthquake was damaging to my mind and body, but today I woke up in the morning with aftershocks, but I was not able to feel my body, so I settled down a little. I still have to be wary of aftershocks in the full week.
The work of data entry was resumed, too. And today, after a long time, I drew a picture with a crayon. Mermaid Paper is a piece of paper made to draw with pastels, and crayons are also used.
I drew it with the intention of rehabilitation, but was fun to draw. I want to walk if nothing happened tomorrow. When the earthquake was about to go shopping.

マーメイド紙にクレヨン、24.2x33.3cm、2018
地震で心身ともにダメージを負っていましたが、今日は朝、余震で目を覚ました以外は身体に感じる地震はなく、少し落ち着きました。まだ今週いっぱいぐらいは余震を警戒しなければならないようですが。データ入力の仕事も再開しました。
そして今日は、久しぶりにクレヨンを使って絵を描いてみました。マーメイド紙というのはパステルなどで描くために作られた紙で、クレヨンも使えます。リハビリのつもりで描きましたが、楽しく描けました。
明日は何事もなければウォーキングもしたいです。地震の時は買い出しに行く程度だったので。
2018年秋、東京で11年ぶりに個展をやりたいです。ご支援よろしくお願いいたします。
