I thought my steempower was what determined my upvote.. right? It says a 100% power vote from me gives like 0.01$ .. but Im quite sure it was $0.02 once :/ when i had less..
That's because your votingpower has drained down to 23%. When you have more sp or are using third party engines like chainbb you have a votingslider which can decrease the percent of every single upvote.
That's what 100% vote means.
But with every vote, your overall power gets down a bit (I think I've read that about 40 votes by day are possible bevor u get under 80%) It's a bit complicated. But when your votingpower is back, your 100% vote will be worth about 0.03$ or so. :)
