Once I went to a museum where old doll heads were exhibited in jars and the exhibition was a success. From that day on I understood the particular concept of contemporary art. What you found might be a tree, a very busy man or a very ornate skyscraper. LOL. ;)Hugs, @velimir.
Perhaps a milestone made by a surrealist, a tribute to the perishable and obsolete (to modern civilization), a preview of carnival or someone's simple free expression. In any case, it's a curious object, well captured by your photograph, that allows you to highlight its dark shadow, which almost consumes it like a black hole.
