"Dave"

I used to work for this brilliant and funny young man at the University of Massachusetts, in the woodsy, yet surprisingly happening town of Amherst. I would help him with food and personal care, and he would always give me his leftovers and show me things. I remember when he played for me the funny South Park clip that started the series over and over; a lifelong disability had given him a caustic sense of humor. He would show me hidden realms of 1990's internet that I did not know existed, and we would watch the X-Files together while eating Salmon and popovers from his favorite restaurant. So sad that he passed so young, he had great things in his future. He did like to have me draw him, and this is one of the few paintings that came from that.
