I'l bacio

   This is a paint from  Francesco Hayez. For me it's so inspirational that he was the youngest one from a humild family of five sons and yet since he was little he knew what he loved, and that was art. He had a long road to dive in and with dedication and pation he painted this peace of art. "il bacio" or "the kiss"  was painted while he directed the  "accademia di belle arti di brera" or "academy of fine arts of brera" in Milan and it was one of the most famous ones. It's my favorite, what can i say? I'm a romantic with a lot of imagination. Like in every painting not everyone sees the same that the other ones.

But for me, in The Kiss, Hayez gives life to a tale. Despite their hidden faces, the  two lovers unfold their secrets to those who care to listen. His foot  is placed on the first step of the stairs as if he were about to rush  off. Her hand holds him delicately, as if she knew she would have to let  go of him any second. We can almost hear the guards’ footsteps  approaching, the two lovers promising in a whisper that this wouldn’t be  their last time together, and our hero taking his swift step up the  stairs. 
 Wondering what will happen to the lovers in a united Italy, Il Bacio  makes us dream on. It urges us to embrace and hold on to someone  meaningful when they enter our lives, and it reminds us of the kind of  driving force love and independence really are.

   Ésta es una pintura de Francesco Hayez. Para mí es muy inspirador que él era el más joven de una familia humilde de cinco hijos y sin embargo, desde que era pequeño, él sabía lo que amaba, y eso era arte. Tenía un largo camino para sumergirse, con dedicación y pasión logró pintar esta pieza de arte. "Il bacio" o "el beso" fue pintado mientras dirigía la "Academia de Bellas Artes de Brera" en Milán y fue una de las más famosos. Es mi favorita, ¿qué puedo decir? Soy una romántica con demasiada imaginación. Como en cada pintura, no todos ven lo mismo que los demás.    

Pero para mí, en The Kiss, Hayez da vida a un cuento. A pesar de sus caras ocultas, los dos amantes despliegan sus secretos a los que les importa escuchar. Su pie se coloca en el primer escalón de la escalera como si estuviera a punto de precipitarse. Su mano lo sostiene delicadamente, como si supiera que tendría que soltarlo en cualquier momento. Casi podemos oír los pasos de los guardias acercándose, los dos amantes prometiendo en un susurro que esta no sería su última vez juntos, y nuestro héroe subiendo las escaleras rápidamente.

  Preguntándose qué pasará con los amantes en una Italia unida, Il Bacio nos hace soñar. Nos urge a abrazar y aferrarnos a alguien significativo cuando entran en nuestras vidas, y nos recuerda el tipo de fuerza motriz que el amor y la independencia realmente son.
