Mundane Lost Inheritances - Window Winders | iPhone sketches | Digital Finger Painting Series
I've been thinking lately about mundane details from my childhood.
Details that my own child will not inherit.
The sense of accomplishment and pride one felt when you were big enough and strong enough to roll the window down all by yourself as a very young child. And then, of course, spending many more years whining about how annoying the old window winders were, and how much precious effort it took to roll the windows down. Some days, after school, resting your face on the cool glass, too lazy to put in the effort, breathing in hot air and letting wind flow in from the front window your mother dutifully rolled down herself.
This is a continuation of a series of sketches I've been doing on my iPhone, sans stylus (Finger-Painting). This sketch was done in Adobe Sketch.
This is very pretty! Thank you for the step by step presentation of the process! @tiffjane
