This is a beautiful orchid I have photographed with my camera Sony NP1. After i use the free software gimp 2 to remove the background.

Then I use the free Pixlr software, to give background color and to add text to it. This was the result.

A very beautiful photo and a very interesting edit. I really like it.

I am very happy that you like it, this kind of post takes more than an hour to create, I need to find the flower, take a photograph, edit it, write its history and share it.

If you like what you're doing, the time will fly. What apps do you use? Only gimp?

Are program for pc, Gimp2 and Pixlr, and for simple works, canva or fotor.

I do most of my edits on the phone. And I believe Snapseed and ToolWiz Photos are very good apps.

I see this apps.

Excellent photography. I hope to learn more on photo editing this winter. These are fantastic photos. I use a basic free editor to center a flower or object, and to crop some of the unwanted background. I like the possibilities I see here.

I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Of course Mr. GIMP 2, is a free and professional editor that allows us to do great things, in my publications of the next week you can see more editions of amazing and beautiful flowers. I would like to know the name of the editor they use as I like to do tests with all those tools.

I am using Photoscape, another free editor. I am downloading GIMP 2 as we speak, to try out. I am hoping to be able to do more with an editor, but until winter sets in I have not the time to delve into a new one. Photoscape does well for cropping and centering, but have not tried any other features.

Photoscape, is a good editor. This week i shared images about before and after.
