The Lotus Temple, located in Delhi, India.The Lotus Temple is a Bahá'í House of Worship in New Delhi consisting of 27 structures resembling petals of the lotus flower.It has become a prominent attraction in the city.Since its completion in 1986 it has become one of the most visited buildings in the world. The Lotus Temple is open to all, regardless of religion or any other qualification.It has nine sides, nine doors, and can accommodate 2,500 people.A 2001 CNN report referred to it as the most visited building in the world.
