Final design for a sidekick character in a setting I am working on

HAnA-231 (Helpful ANdroid Assistant) was originally designed as a prototype for a line of household helper robots. The Stargoons, intergalactic rapscallions, adventurers and doers-of-irresponsible-things, got their hands on the little robot before she could ever reach mass production. They quickly found that her morality and logic circuits prevented her from helping in too many hijinks, and so some custom adjustments were made (voiding any warranty), including but not limited to: an extremely powerful lazer cannon arm, removal of ethical subroutines, and a flaw in her ability to understand consequences of actions. The crew often regrets this combination of changes
HAnA is quite confident in her decision making, but the Stargoons have made more than one hasty exit from a planet after a mundane conversation escalated into cold-blooded, remorseless murder and considerable property damage.
