Any Guesses as to what I am modelling? - 3D Modelling with Autodesk Maya
I know its been a while since I posted any of my work. I've been busy, as this 3D Modelling is a new found hobby. Will be posting a completed version soon. I do feel like I'm getting better at this. From small objects to this, in a matter of weeks.
Any tips or suggestions are always welcome.
So any guesses as to what I am making? or trying to make? :D

I'll give you guys a hint before I go. People who grew up in the 80's would love this! :D
It's either a mantle clock or the hilt piece for a thundercat sword
Nope. Think harder. And try to think like an 80s kid. :)
After staring at the circle for some time, it clicked in my head and instantly I knew it was the sword from Thundercats. I remember being young and the part when Lion-o always puts the sword up to his face was always embedded into my subconscious and it took me some time for my mind to piece it together.
