This is an old one, but i think i'm going to rebuild this patch and expand on it. One of the programs that you can do really interesting work on is called Touch Designer, which is free for non-commercial and much more advanced than what resolume has to offer. However resolume is pretty intuitive to use from the begining, and touch designer is not.
I might do a few tutorials at some point.
Ahh, I've heard of touch designer, but never tried it. That one requires some scripting I think? I probably heard scripting and ran the other way lol.
It falls under the category of visual programing, a node/patch based program. Depending on what you are doing there can be some scripting.
