Portrait painting on fabric isn't exactly the easiest thing to do. Most fabrics suck in paint a lot making it compulsory to do several thick layers to get the desired results. While doing this it is easy to lose the original sketch of the face if proper care is not taken.

I painted this recently with acrylics and I really love the outcome. I worked with the simple Zorn pallette which consists of titanium white, yellow ochre, red Vermillion and black.
