Speedy clock
Some days it feels like time is running away from us
I've just glanced at the time and realised how quickly the day has passed, it feels like time is running faster than normal. So much to do and so little time to get it done!
This is another one of my drawing board doodles. I keep a pile of drawing boards next to my drawing desk, and there are a few boards that are my favourites to use, they have been doodled on over the years and the layers of pen, paint and doodling provide a source of inspiration for my new drawings. Sometimes I ignore my sketchpad and draw straight onto the drawing boards instead.

A timely day to post a post about the passing of time.
Yes, unbelievable fast! And I have a feeling like every day is passing even faster as I'm getting older. Kind of frustrating at the times XD
Things definitely move quicker when you get a few more years on the clock! Having 'wasted' the majority of 20's and 30's having a great time I now need to do all the things I forgot about then!
Heh, right. I'm 10 years behind you but im getting the same feeling now XD keep in there bud!

Haha, no worries! Mostly disgusted that you are only 27. Oh to get those 30's back... although I wouldn't do anything different, just everything again!

I have a list of things to get done this year and I haven't even made a dent in it yet - time is really flying by in 2018.
Yup... do the most important one every morning, first thing... not that I do that of course but it's much easier to give advice than follow it... love your art you seem to be doing OK as you are :-)
The circle of creation when tools for creating art turns out into art itself. I used to have huge notepad on my studies table that would cover all the surface. Was so convenient for the notes etc... It would also be interesting to study it later as it had notes, numbers, remarks even meaningless drawings all over it and overlapping each another. But mine was not a piece of art as it is yours ofcourse. I like the result which probably came out not planned, unexpected and spontaneous?
That sounds pretty fantastic! I spend time looking at the shapes, turning the boards around until something jumps out at me. Because they are so portable I often take one out with me so i have something to lean on when I'm drawing, but inevitably they also get drawn on too.
And inevitably they become pieces of art themselves. As anything that a true artists is touching is deemed to become eternal.

@opheliafu, so true! So little time so much to do. Thats how I feel when I am bombarded with a lot of task in my hand and I can't just get enough time to do it.

and I thought that I just spent my time flying, apparently it's something that we all suffer from lack of time and that the hours go by very quickly.
