It's actually worse as the same applies to people who have been arrested but never convicted. Even if the charges were dropped, or the court found an individual not guilty, they still publish the $mut$hot without also publishing the court's verdict; that information is hidden behind a search function on the county court clerk's website, just so they can claim it's public information. Once you are in the system, guilty or not, you are Fed. To have your record expunged require$$ another court date and an extort... uhm, excuse me, .. a Lawyer.
