The Four Things I Made

Do you ever find yourself sitting in a car at a red light thinking about Four Things?
I do. For things always come to mind when there's time to think about Four Things.
Did you have enough time today to complete Four Things?
I did. For things are easy for me to accomplish when I have time to complete Four Things.
Can you remember doing Four Things?
I can. For things are easy to remember when you just finished doing Four Things.
Are you wondering where I'm going with these Four Things?
I am. For things have been quite confusing since I thought of Four Things.
This was the First Thing I did today.
This was the Second Thing I did today.
This was the Third Thing I did today.
This was the Fourth Thing I did today.

Will someone discover my playful like clues?
They say when you paint in color, you are painting four thing's clothes, which totals up to five things, but when you paint in black and white, you are painting four things for things like your standard 'Four Things' post.
For things to make sense, you should probably know, when I finally got to things, I only had Two Things out of Four Things to go. So yeah. There are Things Too.
One time I decided to dress up as the Cat in the Hat for Halloween, and I had the great idea that my girlfriend could be Thing One or Thing Two, the little creatures that destroyed everything in the story. She wasn't into it, dressed up as a biker instead as I recall. She didn't want to be my Thing I guess.
I guess it just wasn't her Thing.
It was just as well; the halloween party was at my house, she would have been obligated to destroy a few rooms to stay in character. Biker chick was the better costume for all involved.
That's a good Thing then.
I especially love thing four, also known as thing delta, super thing, or thing king!
I normally just think of three things while waiting at a traffic light, and more often than not, one of them entails flicking off idiot drivers.
The other two (whatever they might be) normally gets a place of honor in my mental file of procrastination projects.
WELL DONE!
Thing One and Thing Two, I could spend some time just watching you, but thing three calls to me-- while thing four, well it just leaves me wanting more. And a hug. And to jump in the sky for eyes.
I feel...blessed and honored for having been and continuing to be on this journey with you, watching as your talent for art has grown into something purely magical.
I think these Four Things are fucking great.
Now that that’s out of the way … these Four Things all seem to be connected to each other. Thing #1 appears to gain focus and morph into Thing #2. Thing #2 gets some color adjustments and added details, including little people and what appears to be a nose, and becomes Thing #3. And then Thing #3 zooms out to show you Thing #4 and whatever that demon thing is on the back of your head there.
That was just me saying what I wanted to say. For things left unsaid are as good as dead. Or something.
Not bad at all. For things come together nicely when all one has to do is focus on Four Things.
If these Things could talk, they'd probably say it quietly.

You should say no to crack, I do. If you'd like be the chosen whan, I choose you to go get me something to eat and drink.
There might be a dragon, it might be a dog, maybe an iguana and my lizard king moved out last month.
Four Things - a motto to live by. Simple but effective, by the look of the results. That last one really stood out to me.
Are you familiar with the Cat in the Hat's two hired thugs Thing 1 and Thing 2? Nothing about a Thing 3 or Thing 4.
I think if looked hard enough, I could find a copy of that book. I know about those Things. I nearly named these Thing One, Thing Two, Thing Three and Thing Four... but then I thought Dr. Seuss might not like me too much if I did such a Thing.
Ain't no Thing....just wondering.
I think I like #2 the best because it looks like a happy puppy! Deviants from your usual bloody red art lol.
That one certainly does look happy. It's hard to hide that one.
I thought about red today. I decided I saw enough red today. Thought I'd try my hand at some black and white again. Sometimes people like them, sometimes they don't. Doesn't matter, for things are fun to do when it comes to Four Things.
Little people in the third thing might give nightmares.
Fourth one has such a love/evil vibe.
They might... or they might be the nightmares. Depends how generous they feel like being, I guess.
And yeah, that Fourth Thing doesn't know whether its' coming or going.
