My versions of The Tree Of Life
There are usually two different depictions when it comes to the tree of life and I took a shot at both of them over the years.
The first one is the more traditional version depicting a relatively realistic looking tree. This tree of life is a symbol of a fresh start on life, positive energy, good health and a bright future. As a symbol of immortality. A tree grows old, yet it bears seeds that contain its very essence and in this way, the tree becomes immortal.
The second version is according to Kabbalah teachings a relational matrix of ten divine emanations through which God creates, sustains, and directs all worlds. The Tree of Life is holographic and ongoingly creates reality, sustains all worlds in each and every moment, and directs and holds everything with universal law and the Ever-flow of Abundance.
The Kabbalah version of the tree is very abstract, geometric and strongly intertwined with the Flower Of Life.
To close it out a moving eye candy version of the traditional tree.
💀 A final one is very nice. 💀
Thank you :-)
sweeet! :D
I wasn't familiar with the Kabbalah version! Interesting.
I was really into the the Northern Mythology's Tree of Life, Ash Yggdrasil once. Well still am :)
I just googled Ash Yggdrasil - wasn't aware of that one. But some of the pics I saw look really cool. Have to keep that one in mind for future projects.
I know I still owe you an email response, i'm just really slammed right now. Realistically I didn't even have the time to write this post, but it's been 2 weeks already...
don't worry, I was about a week for the last reply, so you have at least that too ;D
