The important thing about these drawings is they bring out the meaning of the story, how the fox admired the grapes, and imagined owning them for a meal, and perused them but finally failed.

The opposite part is that the fox altogether failed to eat the grapes.
I would imagine it finally displaying much wisdom to achieve them.
