Well, I use one photo of Leo Mardi davinci then use some filters for edge detection and increase the selection. After that I use some filters for color change and layers for selectively change the characteristics. After that I used some filter of ColorEfexPro and viveza for some changes and here is the output.
I think it need more explanation, once you explore any graphics design tools, I can explain you in detail.
