Help me, I’m stuck!

I started this scene of lilacs and a butterfly, but I left it to dry because I was stuck. I work with oil paint. Do you have any suggestions on how to finish it? Keep in mind that I am still a beginner. I thought I could add details in the lilacs with a white calligraphy marker, and the butterfly definitely needs some more work. Thanks in advance!
