Imagine the peaceful lifestyle among pyramids in comparison to hustle among modern skyscrappers!

When I first laid eyes on this image, there was a huge temptation to recreate it and so I got busy.
Tool: masking tape, acrylic paint, paint brushes.
The most challenging was blending of the sky with green, white and blue with a titch of bauxite brown.
The Pyramids were not too challenging I used the masking tape to create the angles but the reflection in the water was such a beast! I donno, I think they are alright but not perfect.
The most difficult part of this painting, though, was painting the lady balancing the basket on her head with one hand, dead center: it took awhile to get the dimensions right. I either painted her too big or too small.

Great art . On a side one a Tip: when you post a new blog select Default Reward Option 50%/50% . Don't select Power up 100% , you will get less rewards over all.

Regarding the Power up... I read somewhere that 100% Power up, would entice more people to my blog, also I would gain more steem power. I don't know how true that is.
There's so much info out there and I'm trying everything just to get noticed.
