Thousand museum in your hand : Google Arts and Culture app

Thanks Google announce new  Arts and Culture app which makes it so easy to learn and view if you need different works of art. It can be downloaded for iOS or Android.

Sometimes you want to search by artists or historical movements or also find by the kind of medium used, like watercolor painting or ink.

How to use it

Run the app, Simply touch the tool bar on the left side then your can look the different browsing topics.

If you find some pictures you like, app will tell you what museum it's in.

You can also search by place if you want to see the art that's immediately available to you. Favorites can save the everything after you view for viewing later.

Cool feature

You can even take 360-degree virtual tours if you have Google Cardboard, or you could see “Shazam for art” which like feature that will identify the painting in your camera’s viewfinder.

Eventually, you'll be able to take a photo of a painting then you can check out a museum’s page to find out opening times, what exhibits are there, and more and more.
