Today's drawing: Two beautiful beings, a friend and her dog <3

I have been enjoying testing the waters drawing fur lately, and had actually been considering drawing my friends beautiful dogs when I realised it was the birthday of one of them. That sealed the deal, I would do a portrait. I have been doing pet portraits for my family for a few years. Today I am going to give you a bit more, and show you the progression of the work. I will start with the finished product, because it is pretty, and it might be my favorite to date.

This first one just has the bare outline of everything I get to fill in :) now for the fun! I especially love the eyes of both of them in the finished product! When I say finished, and artist always means work in progress as I always see new things I want to add or take away.
