The place for building the building was allocated by the Guards Preobrazhensky Regiment to part of its parade ground for training the troops. The building was built specifically for the museum designed by the Russian architect Alexander Ivanovich von Gauguin in the style of Russian fortifications. On both sides of the Suvorov emblem, on the facade, two mosaics are placed on the theme "Suvorov's departure for the campaign of 1799" and "Suvorov crossing the Alps".

How much do they spend on keeping this stone building warm in winter? :))

Hi;) I do not even have a clue :) This is a monument of national importance, so everything is spent from the state budget.

You mean with your tax money :)))

We do not yet have private museums of this level :) There are only small private apartments-museums and galleries.

it is ok... :)) I was just ask... but this museum looks very cool :)) just I think in winter time there is very cold :)) Look how big stone house it is :)
