Inktober 2016 - Part three
Dear Steemster!
Previous october I participated in this self-challenging 'contest' called Inctober. If you like to see part one or part two, please click on the links. More parts are yet to come! But first these drawings:
I show you a classical selfie. I used a picture of myself instead of a mirror, but it would be more educative for me to draw live. Maybe this year?
The day after I started with hybrids. Unusual combinations, namely an African hippogriff. What do you think?
The translation of the writing under the drawing: Compilation of 2 pictures I made myself (Tanzania 2013), of which the bird is a red cheeked cordon bleu finch. (I don't make this name up) The hind part is hopefully clear. Fantasy of alternative breedingprogrammes, at the hippogrifftrading. Anatomically not as succesfull as I hoped for. Formative, the little animal is as large as a beagle, or a dwarfgoat. Plus, they have the temperament of a zebra, and are not to be domesticated. Very colourful and rich of contrasts to see.
Then my aunt visited us! So I drew her hands! This is a live drawing. Oh good to know: All the drawings are kind of 'alla prima', I didn't use pencil and eraser but started with ink immediately.
Thanks for visiting, I hope you like it and come by another time!

Nice post, I plan to participate in the inktober this year, but I don't know if I'll the official list or make one
Previous year I didn't use the official list, but I hope to follow the prompt this year. It is a real inspirator and motivator, inktober! I love to see your work too :)
