The place seems very cozy and should help meditation. Of course the window shows that outside there is vegetation, outdoors and I expect little urban noise. This place is idyllic! It's set in a farming community so everyday here is wonderfully peaceful. It's absolutely perfect for chilling out your mind and body. The best of all, is that the teacher here performs the best Savasana (Dead mans pose) ever. You can not help but be serene afterwards :) It a truly wonderful place. I wish more people could have the opportunity to visit. Thank you so much for sharing :)
