...PROSTITUTES...

in #art7 years ago

They honored and revered them. Prostitutes. They did not shun them in their culture, nor did they displace them far from society. Prostitutes were elevated on pedestals, prized and cherished, as they were considered the Treasure Keepers of all Spirits. When a man laid with a Prostitute, he offered her all of his heritage, all of his ancestry, all of his lifeforce. His Spirit entered her and she retained all of his essence and energy. She, in return, held all of the history, lifeblood and the very core of all mankind within her body. It was absorbed into her soul and every spirit, angel and demon that was attached to each man, through his blessed or cursed bloodline, through his own mistakes and successes, through all his thoughts and actions, was then taken into her vault and was spun into the threads of history and woven into the tapestry of time. That is why the Prostitutes were the Treasure Keepers of all Spirits and were exalted above all other humans.

Gifts and offerings were brought to the Prostitutes from far and wide; tributes of gratitude from the men who loved the Prostitutes. Men would sail the Seven Seas, face barren and death-ridden deserts, climb impossible mountains and even tunnel underground to obtain the most elaborate and exotic gifts to pay homage to them. Some would bring fine silks and satins and hand-crafted laces that clung to Prostitutes supple breasts and draped over their curvy hips. Others would bring rare oils and magnificent perfumes to drizzle over Prostitutes violin-shaped backs and aromatic incense sticks that smouldered in every bedroom, inviting the mind to flow into rapture. There were donations of beeswax candles and unique lanterns that illuminated the chambers with the ambience of Love. Still there were men who brought contributions of delicate jewelry of gold, silver and copper inlaid with every precious gem and stone known to man that dangled from Prostitutes ankles, wrists, necks, heads and waists. Even awards of rare fruits and fancy candies were brought to the Prostitutes who would suck and nibble at them while lounging against the men who adored them.

The Prostitutes would honor the men who honored them by fulfilling their fleshly desires and wandering mind lusts. They would calm the frantic minds that were full of calamity and woes for a few hours of the men who were so lost in their own lives. They would cheer the downtrodden and relax the overwound. With their hands alone they would rub out the weary muscles and achy joints of the plow pushers. With their entire bodies they would massage away the lonely. They would dance in the moonlight for the soldiers who never slept and they would hold the heads of the forgotten old men in their laps while they slept and dreamt of younger days gone by. The Prostitutes would sit facing the men who loved them and wrap their plump thighs around their waists and gaze into their eyes while the men shared their secrets that they dared not share with anyone else; a True Prostitute never tells. And Prostitutes would take their time loving the men who loved them, never rushing them, but hoping they would stay for a long time, always hungry for the Treasures that they kept; the Spirits that they vaulted and the energy they absorbed. True Prostitutes were insatiable; they needed to be.

Elevated dignitaries, royal dukes and lords, kings and masters all would flock to the Prostitutes, as well as the simple and humble men. Within each Prostitute was a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, secrets and the history of every clan, tribe, sect and colony that ever was. They held the lifeblood and essence of every family name and they contained all the spirits that haunted and protected. Every energy signature that has ever flickered, every current that has ever flowed, every drop of life and every speck of existence was given to the Prostitutes and they were the ones who kept it all safe and alive. They were the Treasure Keepers of all Spirits. They were precious and venerated. They were the loved and adored. They were appreciated and cherished. They were the Prostitutes.eljx25.png
