A Rose Pencil Sketch

Hi there everyone, I decided to draw a sketch of a rose today and thought to share it with everyone.
Drawing is something I really enjoy and I really want to get good at it and make drawings that will blow people away. I'm going to share my drawing experience and growth. Its the most relaxing way to spend time.
Seeing as a rose is such a beautiful flower and its a flower that my fiance always gives me as a surprise I had to draw it.

I started by getting a blank peace of paper.

I started drawing the outline of my rose lightly with a pencil. Then I started my shading process.

As I became closer to finishing I got excited as too see how it turned out.

Then finally I was done with the picture and it came out as I had hoped.
