Relaxing Outside of the Studio
What do I do to relax when I'm not painting in the studio?
Go outside and paint of course!
I went on a scouting mission the day before around villages and found a number of views to paint. Having decided on one, I returned today and found a better angle position of the same view.
A row of apple and plum trees provided ample protection from the sun (and some tasty fruit). While the temperature was very pleasant, I was out to avoid being roasted again. The location was certainly idyllic, making for a very enjoyable and relaxing afternoon.
It's important for me that I get out of the studio while I can and use the Summer.
