A full plastinated head of a horse is on display at the Casino de la Exposicion cultural center in Seville, Spain, on November 30, 2017, on the eve of the opening of the exhibition Animals Inside Out. This new exhibition by Body Worlds show creator, German anatomist Dr. Gunther von Hagens, dubbed "Doctor Death," shows more than 100 specimens preserved by the process of Plastination, invented by Dr. von Hagens.
