Watercolor Process (English/Español)

HEY! today i want to show you the process of a watercolor illustrattion that a friend asked me to do. I'll try to explain how i did step by step (i really suck explainning thnigs, if you have any question please teel me in the comments)

¡Hey! hoy quería enseñar el proceso de una ilustracion en acuarela que una amiga me pidió. Intentare explicar lo mejor posible como lo hice paso a paso (soy muy malo explicando, si tienes alguna duda házmelo saber en los comentarios)

FIRST PART/PRIMERA PARTE: MATERIALS/MATERIALES

First my dear watercolors: They aren't from an specific brand, only the one of the middle, it is from KORES. They are all shcolarship/Cheap watercolor, but i find them very great, specially the ones of the middle and right.

Primero mis preciadas acuarelas. No son de una marca especifica, solo las del medio que son de la Marca Kores. Todas son acuarelas escolares pero creo que estan muy bien, sobretodo las de Kores y las de la derecha.

Brushes! they aren't from a specific brand but i think the most tiny and the big one are kind of professional (both the tiny and the one from the middle are number 2)

PInceles! no son de una marca especifica, pero creo que el mas fino y el mas grueso son de una calidad un poco profesional (o al menos calidad de estudiante de arte) (la mas pequeña y la del medio son de numero

My dear babys, rapidographs/Fine pens. two of them are 0.1 and the other is 0.8.

Mis grandes tesoros: rapidografos/rotuladores punta fina. Dos de ellos son 0.1 y el ultimo es 0.8.

As you can see, my materials aren't really professionals so, don't give up if you have cheap materials, you can do some amazing things with whatever you have in your hands!!!

Como pueden ver, mis materiales no son completamente ptofesionales, no te rindas si tienes material escolar, puedes hacer cosas geniales con lo que tengas a la mano!!!

SECOND PART/ SEGUNDA PARTE: PROCESS OF PAINTNG/PROCESO DE PINTADO

first i made sketch and lineart (i you want me to explain how i draw anatomy let me know in the comments)

primero hice el boceto y delineado (si quieres una explicacion de como dibujo anatomia dejamelo saber en los comentarios)

I added the base colors (this could change later)
añadi los colores base (esto puede cambiar despues, es mas que todo para estar consciente de los colores iniciales)

I intensified the base colors and added some little shadows in the face.

Intensifique los colores base y añadi un poco de sombra en la cara.

I Added more shadows and some light from coins.

Añadí mas sombra, ademas un poco de luz viniendo de las monedas.

In this case, i added more shadows mixing the base color with a bit of purple pigment.

En este caso, añadi mas sombra mezclando el color base con un poco de pigmento purpura.

I added more shadow in the hair.

Añadi mas sombra al cabello.

I added more shadow in the hair, with a bit of purple pigment.

Añadi mas sombra en el cabello, con un poco de pigmento purpura.

Added the base colors of the background.

Añadi los colores base del fondo.

i finally added more shadows in the background and in the character, mixing some black and purple pigment.

Finalmente añadi mas sombra al fondo y al personaje, mezclando pigmento negro y purpura.

And that's all!!! hope you like it, this isn't a tutorial but if you want one let me know in the comments.
