3 tips to beat depression with art
When we were little, we enjoyed laughing for anything, we said what we thought without a filter and we drew scribbles that we would then teach our parents saying: Look, mom! I drew a tree (And our parents thought: Oh, I thought it was a scribble with scribble form!). But ... what happens when in our life there are reasons to not be so happy?

When we grow... We fill ourselves with stones in the shoe like debts, goodbyes, unpleasant memories... And at night our soul tends to open itself to nostalgia. Something very difficult to break by becoming a habit... a habit that I confess I had acquired... If you know me, you know what kind of goodbyes I am talking about.
However, doing the Steemit post about the incredible Gal Gadot (Yes, Nobody get tired of calling her incredible... Try by yourself! Hehe). I realized that my mind got distracted by drawing and listening to Personal growth audio books and even made me enjoy much more of the night! So, here I bring 3 tips to brighten your soul with beautiful art:
Rate the magic of writing: Write your list of daily tasks to avoid haste and indecision, write down there freehand interesting thoughts that you have come up with, write and improve the draft for your posts (like the image ... Well, on the right is the plate of what was a cake ... it also helped a little!).
Enjoy disconnecting from the noise of the city and connect with the immense nature. In this photo I took a walk up a mountain, in a good part of the route I read a book by Dale Carnegie: “Stop worry and enjoy life” and I also got into a waterfall to meditate (With the water sooooo cold ... I even still feel the cold now! jeje)
The soul needs goals, growth, challenges that are enjoyed! That's why I challenged myself to fill out a drawing sketchpad of portraits in various styles every night before my birthday! (Which will be February 18th ... Steem-gifts or not-cold coffee are accepted! Jeje) Step by step I will be sharing the drawings with you ... Your comments have also cheered my soul ... Thanks, guys :-)
And finally, I want to greet all those who have supported me in this stage of expansion of my art! Thanks for every comment, constructive criticism, upvote my posts believing in my artwork and every inspiration to keep growing! (There I am trying to take the two sketchpads with one hand ... Another challenge! Hehe)
And you? What do you think of the drawing? How art has helped your life? ... A hug! :-D
