Mind to Make is in the Steemit House

Hi!

This is my first post to give some context as to why I've joined the steemit community. I am in love with the idea of blockchain, the decentralized nature of the technology and the cryptocurrency movement. I hope to be a regular contributor as someone who makes music and for the future release of a podcast/website I'm developing called Mind To Make.

I've been producing music under the name Jeremy Glenn for the last 5-10 years now. Over that time I've released music independently, and on various labels and I continue to produce music as it's something that sustains and nurtures me spiritually.

Despite my love of sound, music production, writing and singing, I've recently realized that what I really love about music - and art in general - is it's power to connect people and foster communication. With that idea in mind, I've begun a podcast series called Mind To Make (the image above is a placeholder logo while I get a unique logo designed - but I'd welcome feedback regardless).

Though currently still in the production stages, MTM will feature interviews with friends and artist acquaintances who I feel have valuable insight into how and why we choose to create art. Eventually, I hope to build a community who can suggest their own people to have on the podcast and who can contribute their own artistic experiences. By sharing stories and insights with artists, I hope to inspire and motivate others to create their own work, and keep the conversation going. I'll also be looking for content online and on steemit that focuses on this same topics; being more creative, more motivated to create and how to sustain that practice.

I hope the community will find what I post to be helpful and am looking forward to interacting with you all.
