Seeing Baruklinting, Aji Saka's memory soared on the events of previous years.when he stopped in a hut, in the middle of the forest.

At that time, Aji Saka entrusted a knife to a girl of a farmer's son while giving a note, do not sesekli take the knife.

Apparently, unintentionally, the girl violated the ban. The knife shaft suddenly vanished.the girl was pregnant, then gave birth to Baruklinting.

He's a conditioner. If you want to be confessed child, Baruklinting must bring the head of white crocodile, Aji Saka nemesis, along with sea water.

In fact, this requirement is difficult to grant. Even so, Baruklinting accepted.

The South Sea is turbulent. A white crocodile appeared.face to face with Baruklinting. Fierce battle. With one strategy, the white crocodile is entangled.

Carrying the head of a white crocodile, Baruklinting entered the ground. Return to Medangkamulan, Aji Saka palace. In the middle of the road, he felt tired and wanted to rest.

Baruklinting emerges from the ground.and instantly "the place becomes a source of salt or splinters," nukil Origin of Kuwu Salt Source: Folklore from Purwodadi Region, Grobogan, Central Java.

The source of the salt is now located in the village of Yono, Tawangharjo district. After the break, Baruklinting continued the journey.back into the ground.

The legends of Aji Saka and Baruklinting or Jaka Linglung as well as the origin of the source of salt in Grobogan are the oldest in De Zoutregie in Nederlandsch-Indie: Handboek tot de kennis van`s Lands Zoutmiddel in Nederlansch-Indie, eene Economisch-Historische Studie, door P.H.van der Kemp 1894.

The story is set forth in the opening section of the manual for the salt-agent throughout the Indies.salt source hole, continued De Zoutregie in Nederlandsch-Indie, is a clay hole containing salt-weighted mud.

The salt farmers, "came from far away to sacrifice the shadow of Aji Saka, Jaka Linglung's father."

The farmers crouched in front of the hole giving offerings.then dug a hole about twelve feet deep and made a woody wall to keep the soil from shedding.

Salt in Grobogan is similar to salt along the south coast; smooth, but not colored beautiful, in contrast to the salt from Madura.

Although not a legal salt management, the Netherlands Indies Government still allowed the Grobogan salt farmers to tap into the salt source.
