Paintings on wooden slices

I would sometimes go to my village, find a nice looking, well round-shaped log then cut it into even slices and then paint them.
I usually come up with some "theme" to follow when painting them. The theme for this log was "Silhouettes".

• Bird couple nesting
  
• Tropical beach
  
• Asian temple beneath a giant tree
  
• Floating ruins, remainder of an extreme calamity
  
• Tribal village, deep hidden in a jungle
  
• Deer stag in its homelands
  
• Amazon river wildlife
  
• Giant bonsai tree
  
• Deer in a young forest
  
• Mysterious creatures in the heart of the jungle
  
• An outcast in the mountains, through hard labor and in many years, was able to transform the landscape, made himself a workshop and finally a place to call home.
  
• After a big battle, the fighting is finally over and a brave woman is waving the flag of victory and sacrifice...
  
• A war veteran is walking through the battlefield just days after the the conflicts conclusion. Paying respect to his fallen comrades he barely has strength to return home.
