Handmade Notebook «Door of Princess» - My art.

Hello everyone!

I decided to show you one of the last major works - notebook with decor of polymer clay. This is the third "door" notebook, decorated with polymer clay. Whole collection of "doors" was born in this season. The first was the "Elven doors" based on the works of John. R. R. Tolkien. In this work I wanted to depart a little from "forest fantasy" theme. Initially planned for the door in the Moroccan style. In a head spinning Arabian Nights and tales of Scheherazade. Until suddenly from somewhere not grown old bricks walls and a curtain fluttered light organza. As usual, the inspiration exists as something separate from us and itself dictating the course of work. Therefore, from the door of the Moroccan work it turned into a real princess castle! Here it is, hiding behind the curtains in the high stone halls with tapestries. There and wonders and mysteries, and certainly azure dragon. And the door of her shining gold and glass, and all the waiting that someone will pick up the key to it, and open it.

Within 90 dense sheets of different colors: white, pale turquoise and aged. All toned manually. On the cover - polymer clay with glass inserts. Upholstered in italian cotton, tinted by acryl.
