I immediately calmed down:) Astro stories and a new drawing tool

in #art6 years ago

Hi, guys!
Today I had a super exciting evening, cause all of a sudden, out blue, I decided to present myself with a new drawing tool. Fellow artists, have you ever tried drawing on iPad?:)

The thing is - one of my favorite YouTube bloggers filmed a video about drawing on iPad, and when I saw it I understood - I want this tool right now. Having a possibility to sketch digitally your breakfast while eating it - what could be better? Or having an opportunity to sketch a few before going to bed - right in your bed?

Of course it's all possible with traditional mediums, but here it's different. With a digital tool you always have all you need right there, you don't have to think that you have, for example, a limited pallet of colors. So I'm really happy that I bought a special pencil and a tool itself, and now I'm about to test it:)

P.S. Astro also was super excited. My laptop was staying on bed, and my sweety jumped and ran so fast that she accidentally stepped on it and knocked out a few buttons. I immediately calmed down lol;) Have to be more careful with devices:)

P.P.S. Today I had no time in the evening to write the post about planning I promised to do, but I'll do it tomorrow;)

Love, Inber

I've had my iPad with the Apple Pencil since last December. I can tell you for sure, it is awesome for drawing. The 5 top programs I'd recommend are:

  1. Procreate
  2. Affinity Photo
  3. Affinity Designer
  4. ArtRage
  5. Paintstorm

There are also a ton of free drawing programs to get as well, but for sure these 5 are worth getting even though they aren't free.

Thank you for the tips! My friend recommended Procreate, have you heard about it?

Number one on my list. Definitely get that one first.

wow beautiful dear.
