Unique paintings/panels of grains and seeds from UA

Seeds of fruits and vegetables are not thrown out in the house of Olga Litus. Ukraine's woman learned to use it 15 years ago. She tells, she worked at the bread-baking plant, and dealt with grain, she was filled with love for him, and this love found expression in art: the first voluminous panels were born. The technique invented by Olga turned out to be unique, and the woman patented it.

• I am engaged in flora-mosaic volumetric panels - this technique was called in Ukraine patent, I work in my apartment. My work is almost as jeweller, - explains Olga. - A feature is that the seeds are glued at an angle of 35-45 degrees to the base. That is, the petals of the flowers stand, and the wings of the birds turn out to be protruding.

One woman can spend a whole month creating a picture: prepare seeds, polish them, dye them, lay them out and glue them, and then open them with varnish. What does seed selection mean! Before the seed gets on the pictures of Olga, it goes through a hard face-control, and then grinding.

• I'm taking a file, a bone. I cut the file not only superfluous on the material, but also the skin on the fingers and nails. Manicure I can not have, "complains the 64-year-old woman.

Prepares materials for creativity Olga all summer, she is an urban person, so you have to buy a lot for fabulous money.

Litus says that she does not have an agent who would turn her hobby into a business, so she rarely sells and exhibits her works, but she is ready to spend all her energy and time on them - she works on ideal panels for 12 hours a day.

More often than not, birds, fish and flowers in Olga's paintings from the usual bones - apricots, plums, cherries, cherry plums, watermelons, cucumbers, millet, but not so long ago, overseas seeds fell into the hands of the master.

"We have a botanist who gave me seeds of ginkgo biloba, this is a Chinese tree, in Poltava there are 35 such trees, each tree gives 6 kg of seeds, I used these seeds and at the exhibition in Kiev I presented 16 such panels.
At the moment, artwoman have more than a hundred works, eight exhibitions in Poltava and several in Kiev (capital) and dreams about her own studio and about students who would continue her unusual work.
